This weekend I’m going to my cousins’ house (that is where I am currently). I’m working on my social studies project because she’s at Hartt, which is a special band program. After that… honestly I have no idea what I’m doing! We are probably going to eat lunch and pick up Amanda (my cousin) from Hartt. Then, I’ll go home to work on my S.S. project again! Yea Fun! Tomorrow I’m going to see the Jonas Brothers 3D movie! I’m sooo pumped!!!! We are dressing up in like JoBro Tee shirts, just like when we went to the concert. After that, Before that though, we are going to Annie Practice. Well, It’s practice for me, she still has to audition. But it’s going to be really fun because HOPEFULLY my friends Megan and Andrew are going to go to. So I’m Having a Fun weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

If you could change your name to anything that you wanted what would it be? I know that this kind of a simple post, but I’m really curious because I’ve always hated my name, but I don’t know what I should change it to. Plus my parents would be really mad because Christine is my mom’s middle name and Jane(my middle name) is my mom’s grandmother’s name. I also hate my last name because no one can pronounce it, that why I’m happy that it will change when I get married.
P.S. Matt’s probably going to comment on this saying that he want’s his name to be Cornhulio.

I kinda wrote this song/poem/whatever you want to call it after what I went through today it’s a work in progress, but leave me a comment if you think the lyrics are good. Sorry for the random blogging moment.
I passed you in the hall Normally I would have stalled But not today Oh no no no Not today And you know why Cause you said friends forever I believed you then, not now ‘Cause I didn’t know that friends forever meant Until somebody better came around I was there for you When you needed me to be But when I needed you You went and found somebody new Now I’m hurting ‘cause of the pain you left me in And you know why Cause you said friends forever I believed you then, not now ‘Cause I didn’t know that friends forever meant Until somebody better came around When I saw you with that necklace I knew that we had wrecked this And we’d never ever ever be the same again And you know why ‘Cause you said friends forever I believed you then, not now ‘Cause I didn’t know that friends forever meant Until somebody better came around Ohhhhh…. Now it’s my turn to find someone new Someone who will treat me better than you<333 Comment
Right now about 70% of the world is probably watching the Academy Awards also known as the Oscars. While that’s great and all, I’m not watching it. A lot of you are probably thinking “Why not? Are you crazy?”. The answer is No! and the reason why is because I don’t think that it is right to give awards to people that are uberly rich for doing their job. I would love to be an actress someday, but I feel giving awards to rich people for doing their job, while the rest of the people that do their jobs, like teachers, and police officers get nothing is wrong. Without teachers people would have no education and most likely be unemployed, and without police officers and fire fighters who knows what would happen and what shape our world would be in. What’s the worst that would happen without movie actors and actresses? We wouldn’t be entertained!!!!!!!! Oh! No! That’s just my opinion though.
Comment with your own opinion.

On my blog I’m going to start a weekly post with a song of the week. The song can be something inspiring or something that is just fun to dance to. I’m going to have the song as the first song on my little ipod music player on the sidebar of my blog.
This week’s song is Change by Taylor Swift. I chose this song because the first time that I listened to it I thought about it a lot. It is a song that I think really has a lot to do with what we are doing now with integrating technology with school. It really made me think of my Social Studies teacher Mr. B who is one of the only teachers that I know of around here, where I live, that is trying to do this. I don’t know if integrating technology is prominent in other countries, but it definitely isn’t here. See in this song it is really talking about restraining people from doing what they are capable of. I know that Mr. B had has a lot of problems with trying to do this, but I know that he is going to get there and like the song says, “These things will change, can feel it now. The walls that the put up to hold us back will fall down. It’s a revolution, the time will come for us to finally win.” Another part of the song that I feel is really real is when she says, ”So we’ve been out numbered, raided and now cornered. It’s hard to fight when the fight ain’t fair.” This part is so real because the people that run the education department feel that something horrible will happen to us if we come in contact with people out side of the four walls of our school, and it must be hard for him to fight with people that sign his paycheck. This is what I hope for in the future… ”Tonight we’ll stand and get off our knees, Fight for what we’ve worked for All these years The battle was long, It was the fight of our lives, But we’ll stand up, champions tonight It was the night things changed. Can you see it now? The walls that they put up To hold us back Fell down! It’s a revolution, Throw your hands up, ’Cause we never gave in”I honestly believe that this can happen and the Mr. B doesn’t want to do this for the recognition or the fame, but for us. Without us this can never happen so every blog post, every assignment that we do will help us get there, but with out him we have no way to get this to happen we need each other to make this happen.
This song has a real deep meaning, it can have different meanings for every one, this is what the song means to me. What does it mean to you?

Mr. B had us go to a website to find out what the personality of our blog was…. Here are my results!
The Doers

The Doers are happiest with action-filled work which craves their full attention and focus. They might be very impulsive and more keen on starting something new than following it through. They might have a problem with sitting still or remaining inactive for any period of time.
This week is Random acts of kindness week. After reading the Australian kindness movement I thought about what it really means to do a random act of kindness. Random means some thing that isn’t planned. If you plan to do something nice for someone like buying them flowers it doesn’t count. Something that would count would be like saying bless you after someone sneezes and them replying with a thank you is really random people have been doing that for a long time. Now when people sneeze it is like a reflex to just say bless you. That also happens when you open the door for someone they say thank you. You usually don’t plan to open the door and people don’t plan to sneeze.

My wonderful place would be somewhere there is a great view of the ocean. I would enjoy going and being there because I could be there alone listening to the sounds of the ocean with a good book or when I want to hang with friend some of my special friends could be there with me. This would be a great place to just be alone or to go and visit with friends. I would share this place with me and my friends because I need them. My friends are my rock. This is my special place because I can do whatever I want there and I have a place to call my own.
